"Canada's Prime Minister really likes kittens." Hey, that sounds like a win to me. It seems like most of them like wars and taxes and stuff. Kittens would be much better. We need a new political party -- the Kitten Party.
@Chris_DFS: Don't worry, Spectacle can fly, remember?
I think Supervillian Girl is actually looking cuter than Superhero Girl in this comic. Doubtless because SHG is reacting to the nastiness of the situation while SVG is just batsh*t insane, but it's still kind of a visual dissonance. Or maybe that was on purpose by our esteemed illustrator, doing something all crafty subtle like.
Speaking of The Creator...
Faith, the text description the appears at the bottom of every page still says "will be updated Tuesdays and Fridays until I get caught up". I guess that should be fixed, too. :)
Good comics, funny, creative; love your work, keep it up, look both ways before crossing the street, etc., etc. ;)
Alisa: An update on the Cat Sanctuary on Parliament Hill? It's finally been shut down. The last remaining cat on the Hill's been adopted out to a welcoming family.
*gasp* Is Supervillain Girl Superhero Girl...from the future?!
Also, the PM saying his cat's name is Stanley almost made me spit water all over my work monitor this time. I REALLY need to make sure I don't have any fluids in my mouth while reading this. It's just not safe.
Hey, the reaaaaaly likes'em link is pointing to the comic image. And I reaaaaaaaly want to see.
ReplyDeletePanel layout on this page does not follow normal logic.
ReplyDeleteWay to save the Prime Minister there, Suoperhero Girl!
ReplyDeletePsst...
ReplyDeleteKittens...
That must be one smart Kitten.
ReplyDeleteWay to NOT save the Prime Minister Superhero Girl!
ReplyDeleteSeriously, just look at that kitty's face and you KNOW he is super smart.
ReplyDeleteYour Prime Minister is played by Jason Segel?
ReplyDelete(It could be worse, ours is animatronic.)

I still think he looks like Conan O'Brien.
ReplyDeleteAre they going to throw down some shizzle?
ReplyDeleteLet's see some shizzle.
And some throwin'.
Time machine? Does Supervillian Girl come from the future?
ReplyDelete...For some reason I'm detecting hints of a paradox. Or that could be the [text redacted].
Had some trouble understanding the comic as I'm used to read left to right...eventually I managed to figure it out.
ReplyDeleteGimme a break, it's monday :)
Judging by the cat sanctuary outside the Ottawa Parliament buildings, ALL Canadian prime ministers must be cat lovers by law. And that is awesome. :)
ReplyDeleteWait, that throw hurt Spectacle but not the prime minister? He must be tougher than he looks!
ReplyDeleteyay for smart kittehs!!!:D

ReplyDeleteFeels like a mixed blessing, to be honest.
Omigod. If her bottom eyelid goes up she looks like an actual supervillain...
ReplyDeleteSo the link goes to porn now :(
ReplyDeleteYeah... I wanted kittens. None of those things were kittens.
