Forgot to upload the comic last night! XD TOO BUSY.
Anyway, yes, maybe you are the one who is the jerk, Superhero Girl.

  1. No, Superhero Girl, you were not a jerk; that was righteous fury manifesting itself months later. Maybe you could have told Shaun that he was being tactless, but he doesn't seem to listen to anything if it's not related to Kevin and tragic backstories.

    1. Yeah, it was righteous fury, but at the same time, she's supposed to be a Superhero. They are, unfortunately, held to a higher standard.

  2. The power of flight makes an appearance. I wonder if heat vision is going to re-manifest. She's probably gone to get Kevin but I can see this biting her in her invulnerable ass.

Maybe Super Villain Girl was right because that speech definitely gave off evil vibes

  3. I thought she did not have the power of flight. Did she fly or simply jump really hard?

    1. She jumped. She can leap really high, over any building shorter than 11 stories! ;)

  4. Ah, I love Superhero Girl's expression in panel 3. Not quite evil, but definitely showing her enjoyment of her jerk-ish actions. I bet that's how Doctor Doom really got his start....

  5. Shaun is a jerk. Superhero Girl should simply have punched him.

Taking pleasure in destroying his property, on the other hand, does seem a little too start of darknessy for comfort.

  6. *sigh* you just can't win, ccan you? you put up with the jerk, you lose your mind. you get back at the jerk, and you become one. :(

    anywhos.

  7. With each passing strip I want this more and more in book form to shove, er share, with friends and co-workers. RG playing the straightman while SHG comes to her own realizations is just great.

  8. Hey, I just noticed something here. The current storyline has Superhero Girl and Skeptical Guy playing off each other like something out of a romantic comedy or something—and the next update for this comic is Valentines Day! Coincidence?

  9. Hey, fr some reason 97 and 98 show up on my computer as super tiny and impossible to read, but earlier ones don't and neither does 99. Any idea why?

  10. There you go, Superhero Girl. I'm glad that didn't last long. Though someone should give her a hug. I don't think she's gotten a hug since the strip stated, and little wards off growing feeling of supervillainy as warm hugs. That can be Roomate Girl's second super hidden super power after her power of totally not buying it.
