Hee! Tiny toy poodles of DOOOOOM. Man, tiny dogs .... I know making fun of them is, y'know, a thing and all, but they scare me. They are the bite-y-est things ever. I do think they'd make excellent catapult ammunition, tho. Flying balls of razor sharp teeth and fury, the ultimate weapon. The Vikings would never know what hit 'em. We're still at war with the Vikings, right?
Anyway, I had a great time at Hal-Con last weekend, and sold out of the very first run of Superhero Girl comics! Mad thanks to everyone who bought a book. It's very excellent to know readers are willing to support my self publishing attempts, and hopefully there will be more Superhero Girl books available in the future (if you're in the Halifax area, my awesome local comic shop Strange Adventures still has copies).
Shouldn't she at least take a Dayquil or something? I mean if she insists on going to work
ReplyDeleteIn my head, these last two comics are still flashbacks...but are they? It occurs to me now that maybe they aren't.
ReplyDeleteCould be worse, could be ferrets.
ReplyDeleteSome mad scientist needs to mix tiny dogs (Toy poodles, Chihuahuah ? Yorkshire ?) with Piranhas...
ReplyDelete*SNURF* Is my new favorite word.
ReplyDeleteIt seems that some villains are mycophobic . . .
ReplyDeleteIn the animated series "The Tick", in the episode "The Tick vs. The Tick" there was a woman with a poodle gun. That episode also has one of my favorite quotes: "An object at rest cannot be stopped!"
ReplyDeleteAwww, pups!
ReplyDeleteIf only we could get a viking with ninja training and a poodle canon...he would be unstoppable.
ReplyDeleteJustin: We`re back in present time!
ReplyDeleteBullcity: Aaah, I loved the Tick! The animated show was something special.
Anon at the top: I don`t find Dayquil stops my snot flow when I have a cold, tho ... don`t find it does much for me period. Unfortunate, as I really hate being sick.
@Wood I think that has already been done. Google 'Jack Russell' for more info. :)
ReplyDeleteI can't decide if these little poodles are cute or terrifying.
ReplyDeleteClearly that's what they want you to feel.
ReplyDeleteAnd hurrah for another stunning victory against evil! Sort of.
I feel your pain, SHG. I feel your pain.
ReplyDelete*cough*
Welp, time for historiography class!
*proceeds to take out half the history grad students with germs*
Meh, not my department anyway.
Also, you are completely correct. TINY DOGS ARE THE BITIEST.
Doesn't her powers go haywire or something when she gets sick.
ReplyDeleteI bet evil would take a sick day if you infected enough evil with your cold SHG. :)
